Job Type: 100% Commission | Independent Contractor

About Highrise Capital

Highrise Capital is a growing business funding company focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses access fast, flexible working capital. We provide customized financing solutions designed to help business owners manage cash flow, expand operations, purchase equipment, and take advantage of new opportunities.

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Brokers to join our team on a 100% commission-based basis.

The Opportunity

As an MCA Sales Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with business owners who are seeking working capital. You will identify funding opportunities, collect and review business information, submit qualified applications, and work with our team to facilitate the funding process.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced MCA brokers, financial sales professionals, independent agents, and self-motivated salespeople who want the freedom to build their own book of business with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business funding opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and referral partners
  • Identify businesses that may qualify for MCA and alternative financing solutions
  • Collect and organize required business documentation and financial information
  • Submit complete applications to the appropriate funding sources
  • Communicate with merchants throughout the funding process
  • Work closely with underwriting and funding teams to move deals toward closing
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients
  • Develop a long-term pipeline of repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed about business funding products, underwriting requirements, and industry trends
  • Maintain professionalism, transparency, and ethical sales practices
What We Offer
  • 100% Commission-Based Compensation
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Competitive commissions on funded deals
  • Opportunity to build your own book of business
  • Access to a wide range of business funding solutions
  • Support throughout the application and funding process
  • Flexible schedule and remote work potential
  • No traditional salary cap
  • Opportunity for experienced brokers to grow their own referral network
  • Potential for repeat business and long-term merchant relationships
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Experienced in Merchant Cash Advances, business funding, commercial finance, or financial services sales
  • Highly motivated and driven by performance
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
  • Strong communicators with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing their own pipeline
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
  • Organized and responsive
  • Professional, persistent, and results-oriented
  • Interested in building a long-term career in alternative business finance

Prior MCA or business funding experience is strongly preferred, but motivated sales professionals with a proven track record may also be considered.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on successfully funded transactions, with commission structures determined by deal type, funding source, and broker agreement.

The more business you generate and successfully fund, the greater your earning potential.
