We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser in Calgary.


This position will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages. We have been working with this client for years, and they are a pioneer in the production and distribution of beverages with a portfolio of over 125 brands. You will be responsible for consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver's license & exclusive access to a vehicle.

  • Cell phone allowance of $40/month provided
  • Annual performance bonus of up to $1000.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory
  • Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets
  • Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions
  • Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)
  • Participate in merchandising plans
  • Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores
  • Manage own territory and customer meetings
  • Establish positive relationships with customers
  • Complete daily reports via the mobile app


Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to submit daily reports
  • Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift
  • Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
