To help our customers Do the Job Right, and experience a positive Customer experience, our Technical Support Advisor assists in navigating our customers through any obstacles or hurdles they may encounter while using Eastwood’s wide range of auto restoration tools and products. They play a critical role in helping our customers build their dream car as well as get their daily back on the road.
The Technical Support Advisor will leverage their automotive restoration knowledge to provide technical solutions and recommendations for our customers over the phone, email, chat and text.
This is a good opportunity for the individual who'd like to work in a role connected cars that does not involve turning wrenches and crawling under and around cars. You can save, and once again enjoy, doing that with your own car. 
As a Customer Solutions Technical Support Advisor, you'll:
  • Respond to customer calls, chats, emails and text providing troubleshooting assistance.
  • Become proficient in the use of the ERP & CRM systems (our ordering and information computer programs), and other digital tools used to aid in supporting the customer and their goals.
  • Provide information learned from customers to our product team, continuing to strengthen the quality of the variety of Auto-Resto tools and solutions that we provide to the community.
  • Develop a technical expertise of Eastwood’s wide range of auto restoration tools and products.
  • Provide answers to customers questions via Q&As on our website, and other social platforms.
  • Add value through educating the customer on parts, recommended consumables, and Eastwood’s Extended Service Plan (ESP)

  • Are able to identify opportunities that provide value for the customer
  • Make a commitment to learn about our products
  • Are pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving

  • Adequate space for equipment and a quiet location if working remote
     
Your schedule:
  • We are actively looking for candidates across all shifts and, are open to part time.  Let us know what hours will work for you.
  • Tech Specialist work within the following hours:
    • 9:00am - 7:pm EST, Monday - Friday
