- Add value through educating the customer on parts, recommended consumables, and Eastwood’s Extended Service Plan (ESP)
- Have automotive restoration experience
- Take ownership for your customers
- Are able to identify opportunities that provide value for the customer
- Make a commitment to learn about our products
- Are pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
