• Conduct individual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, offering flexible access to support for clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to effectively address evolving mental health needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, including session notes and treatment records, to support continuity of care.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards within the field of mental health, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to practice and confidentiality.

You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. • A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this role.
• Active licensure as a mental health professional in your state is essential. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficient in using technology for virtual therapy sessions, showing a commitment to adapting to new tools and methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to operate independently while also contributing to a team environment in a remote setting.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy is strongly preferred, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with online therapy tools and digital client management systems can be advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and problem-solving skills are valuable for navigating complex client situations.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
