As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work from the comfort of your own home or a chosen remote space, contributing to an innovative outpatient office model. Our online platform is designed to facilitate seamless communication and therapy sessions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, drawing on a collective wealth of experience and knowledge to enhance client outcomes. • Conduct regular virtual therapy sessions with clients, allowing for flexibility and accessibility in their treatment journey.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of individual client needs and mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress toward their mental health objectives, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital client records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards governing the practice of mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various demographics and mental health challenges. This may range from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders and relationship issues. Your role will involve enhancing both individual and systemic well-being, as you equip clients with tools and strategies to foster resilience and recovery.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including options such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a strong capacity to connect with clients remotely.
• Proficiency in technology-driven therapy modalities and eHealth platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize multiple client needs effectively.

• Prior experience providing individual therapy in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Experience collaborating with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team framework.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
