Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)

New Hampshire | Remote / Telehealth

Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout New Hampshire. This role is centered on direct patient care, with a regular schedule and an ongoing caseload. You’ll work with clients presenting with a range of concerns, including stress, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, and major life changes. The position calls for someone who can work independently, make sound clinical decisions, and maintain consistent documentation.

Key Functions

Clinical Care

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Complete intake assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Establish treatment goals and appropriate interventions
  • Review client response to care and adjust treatment when necessary

Case Management

  • Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
  • Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate
