• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tools to facilitate impactful sessions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness strategies.
• Monitor client progress by maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records, adapting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of various age groups, providing care tailored to their specific circumstances and requirements.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health professional, including options such as LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD), is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy in a clinical or community setting.
• Proficiency with technology and digital therapy platforms is essential for conducting remote sessions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
