• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing our secure online platform to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by assessing each client’s unique needs and mental health goals.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care, facilitating necessary referrals and consultations when needed.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current mental health licensure is necessary and may include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong interpersonal skills backed by effective communication abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Comfort with technology, particularly in conducting remote sessions using various online platforms.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently yet values collaboration within a structured team environment.

• Experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Oceanic Trauma Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
