Job Description:Seeking an Advocacy Marketing Manager to lead the redesign, rebrand, and launch of a customer loyalty and advocacy program currently in its pilot phase. This role will own the program from strategy validation through execution, leveraging customer insights, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class customer advocacy experience while supporting ongoing program administration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate pilot data, customer behavior, participation, and feedback to refine the advocacy program
  • Analyze customer segmentation, loyalty tiers, rewards, benefits, and qualification criteria
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, referrals, advocacy, and program participation
  • Lead the redesign and rebranding of the program, including naming, messaging, visual identity, and customer experience
  • Build customer recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, activation, and referral campaigns
  • Develop end-to-end customer workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and ReferenceEdge
  • Partner with creative, web, analytics, legal, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to successfully launch the program
  • Track membership, referrals, engagement, and program performance using customer data and reporting
  • Maintain the existing loyalty program through light administrative work in Salesforce and Monday.com (approximately 2–4 hours per week)
  • Document processes and transition ownership to the permanent team at the conclusion of the engagement

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of B2B customer marketing, customer advocacy, loyalty marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proven experience building, redesigning, or launching customer loyalty, advocacy, referral, or membership programs
  • Experience owning initiatives from strategy through end-to-end execution
  • Strong understanding of customer-led growth, referrals, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Experience using customer data, feedback, and analytics to optimize program performance
  • Experience developing customer segmentation, loyalty tiers, rewards, and engagement strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
