Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy modalities, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand client histories, challenges, and goals, ultimately crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Guide clients through the therapeutic process by setting achievable goals and regularly assessing progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation under the regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and high standards of care.
• Utilize a user-friendly electronic platform for efficient scheduling and note management, allowing for a seamless therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in empowering individuals to navigate their mental health challenges and enhance their overall well-being through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must hold a current and valid license to practice therapy independently in Oregon (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred, particularly with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms will be advantageous.
