Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. This position is entirely remote, providing both flexibility and the ability to work from home while remaining fully engaged with our multidisciplinary team. You will interact with colleagues across various disciplines, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to create a cohesive environment focused on delivering the highest quality of care to our clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, strengths, and needs of patients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on individual client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a wide array of professionals, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s treatment are managed cohesively.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence to foster understanding and compliance.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing best practices to empower clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team that reflect client goals and preferences.
• Act as an advocate for patients, assisting them in navigating the complexities of mental health systems and ensuring their voices are heard.
• Organize and facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to enhance patient engagement.

In this role, you will work with diverse patient populations, primarily focusing on children and families within the school setting. The ideal candidate will be adept at addressing various mental health issues that arise during childhood and adolescence, fostering resilience and growth through individualized therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, showing adaptability and communication skills in a remote environment.

• Experience working in school settings or with youth and families.
• Knowledge of community resources to aid in patient support and advocacy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for patient documentation and treatment planning.
