Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a range of responsibilities focused on providing effective psychotherapy services. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health issues and formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Providing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches suited to the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and compliance with professional standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Engaging in regular case reviews, consultations, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
• Providing valuable education and resources to patients and their families about mental health treatment options and community support.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in clinical social work and integrating new insights into your practice to improve treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. This variety allows you to apply your expertise in tailoring interventions that meet the specific needs and goals of each individual, fostering progress in their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a remote work setting, adapting to virtual client interactions.
• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and billing.
• Additional certifications in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care or family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
