• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual goals.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents facing developmental challenges, adults seeking mental health support, and couples looking to improve their relationships. Your work will significantly contribute to enhancing their quality of life by offering tailored therapeutic interventions that address their unique emotional landscapes.

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a comparable field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada is mandated.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy, particularly in remote settings, is advantageous.
• Strong skills in conducting timely assessments, maintaining treatment documentation, and managing client records in electronic health systems.
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, emphasizing skills in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Experience in working with children and families, particularly in addressing issues related to family dynamics and interpersonal conflicts.
