• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients via telehealth sessions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for open communication.
• Utilize clinical assessment tools to accurately diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on techniques and interventions that drive healing and personal growth.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead group therapy sessions that promote shared experiences and foster connections among participants dealing with similar challenges.
• Refer clients to specialized services as needed, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of community resources to aid in their recovery journey.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

The LMFT will work with a wide range of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and addiction issues. • A valid LMFT license in Nevada is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Proven success in establishing therapeutic relationships and delivering client-centered mental health care.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for managing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with the ability to motivate clients towards their recovery goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills that enhance teamwork and patient support.
