Work Environment

The role is fully remote, enabling you to maintain a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, according to your availability and client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one video-based therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based CBT techniques tailored to fit client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to track client progress, manage treatment documentation, and perform integrated assessments to personalize therapy interventions.
  • Engage clients in goal-setting exercises to empower them in their therapeutic journey and enhance self-efficacy.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes through both qualitative and quantitative measures to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred.
  • Current active license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, with at least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is highly desirable, with proficiency in adapting techniques to various client needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
