• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and therapeutic methods.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential atmosphere.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants dealing with similar issues.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and keep accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families who often face barriers to mental health care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal guidelines governing mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Experience in specializations such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma counseling, or substance use disorders is highly regarded.
