As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and improve client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and trainings to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who have limited access to care, including individuals and families facing challenges with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your capacity to establish trusting therapeutic relationships will be paramount in helping these vulnerable populations navigate their challenges and realize their potential for recovery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical counseling environment.
• A profound understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant technologies.

Ideal candidates may also have:

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing overall patient care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
