• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine the appropriate treatment plans tailored specifically to individual client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans that address the needs of clients holistically.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in psychotherapy and mental health interventions.
• Address crises and provide therapeutic support during challenging situations, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

This role involves working with a diverse client base experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Maryland, enabling you to practice effectively in a remote setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, demonstrating your clinical skills and experience in client assessment and intervention.
• Strong familiarity with mental health ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technology for managing client information and appointments.

• Specialization or experience in trauma-focused therapy, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively function as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with fellow professionals to enhance client outcomes.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
