• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and additional clinicians, to provide cohesive and comprehensive client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest research in mental health care and implementation of innovative therapeutic practices.
