About Us: We’re a close-knit, supportive psychiatry practice dedicated to helping people improve their well-being. Our team has each others' backs and work together to create a friendly, welcoming space for patients.
What You’ll Do:
  • Scheduling: Keep our day running smoothly by managing patient appointments, sending reminders, and keeping everything on track. You will shadow providers daily and schedule and reschedule their patient appointments.
  • Payment Processing: Handle co-pays and payments, and keep accurate records for easy tracking.
  • Keeping Records Up-to-Date: Make sure patient info is current, organized, and easy to find.
  • Patient Assistance: Guide patients through insurance forms, benefits, and any programs they need.
  • Referrals: Assist patients with coordinating outside appointments or services.
