Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring schedules, communications, presentations, and meetings are organized and running efficiently. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple senior-level leaders.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities.
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Record meeting notes and distribute follow-up documentation.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
