Your day-to-day responsibilities will entail:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to establish a deep understanding of individual needs and mental health challenges.

• Setting and routinely monitoring therapeutic goals to track client improvement and adjust methods as needed.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population facing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, complemented by an ability to provide nonjudgmental support.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your suitability for this role:

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methodologies.
• Specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
