Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Palantir Software Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Palantir engineer to work at the intersection of data platform engineering and cutting-edge AI, in a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and applications within the Palantir platform
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Palantir Foundry/Gotham tooling
  • Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex data and business problems
  • Build and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based solutions into Palantir-based workflows and applications
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimize data models, ontologies, and pipelines for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Palantir platform and connected systems
  • Stay current on Palantir platform updates, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and platform configurations


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Palantir experience (required)
  • 2-4 years of experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including pipelines, ontologies, and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
