As a remote mental health counselor, you will work from the comfort of your home or any location you choose, utilizing modern technology that fosters seamless communication with clients. Our comprehensive telehealth platform serves as your private counseling office, equipped for video sessions, instant messaging, and secure documentation. • Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions to enhance clients' mental health through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions, experiences, and relationships to help clients gain deeper self-awareness and insight.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate personal goals and navigate challenges in their lives.
• Assess clients’ psychological condition to formulate and implement tailored treatment plans using a solution-focused therapeutic approach.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, having been thoroughly screened prior to booking services. This ensures that you can devote your skills to those who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: You must hold a valid and full license in good standing to provide independent mental health counseling, including but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth counseling setting, familiarity with therapy platforms, or specialized training in areas such as trauma, anxiety, or family therapy will be viewed favorably.

Your contributions to our team will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
