• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, including assessments and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize the AWARDS electronic health record system for accurate and timely data entry regarding client interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school site contacts, other healthcare professionals, and families to create a holistic support plan for clients.
• Supervise and mentor interns and trainees, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and adhere to agency standards.
• Coordinate training events, workshops, and recruitment activities for interns to contribute to their professional growth.
• Participate in performance evaluations, retention strategies, and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high service standards.
• Provide clinical consultation during crises and non-crisis situations, enhancing the delivery of mental health support.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, maintaining complete and accurate records to meet organizational policies.
• Contribute to programmatic reports and participate in ongoing quality improvement processes.
• Engage actively in agency meetings and professional development opportunities.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Current independent licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Experience with telehealth modalities and a strong understanding of virtual therapy practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with clients and their families.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting or similar mental health environment.
• Experience with documentation and compliance standards in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with the AWARDS electronic health record system or similar tools.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 for this full-time position, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
