We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team that specializes in coordinating repair service solutions for clients and business partners. This is a primarily remote position with occasional in-office attendance for training, meetings, or special events as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the key point of contact throughout the service process.

• Receive and process repair service requests via phone, email, and online service portals
• Create and maintain accurate customer service cases, ensuring all relevant information is documented
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on service needs and geographic location
• Monitor open cases and proactively follow up to ensure service deadlines and customer expectations are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians, leadership, and customers to resolve escalated issues
• Review service reports for accuracy and completeness before closing cases
• Provide final service documentation and updates to partners
• Maintain detailed notes and records within the case management system

• Minimum 6 months of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Strong data entry or order processing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and ability to hardwire equipment when required

• Logistics, dispatching, scheduling, or claims experience
• Associate degree
• Experience in furniture, repair services, warranty administration, or related industries

• Effectively manage and resolve customer service cases from intake through completion
• Meet productivity and performance expectations, including case completion goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up
• Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of tasks and service requests

• Comprehensive training provided during the first 2-3 weeks
• Ongoing coaching and leadership support
• Collaborative team environment with opportunities to learn and grow

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
