Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, which aligns with our goal of providing flexible and accessible mental health services. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring effective time management and client engagement strategies. This includes preparing for sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and community outreach initiatives.
  • Employ creative therapeutic interventions that motivate clients and facilitate their path toward achieving therapeutic goals.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, including individual session notes, treatment plan updates, and any needed assessments as per company standards.
  • Coordinate care and services with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to provide holistic support to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Mental Health Shield Psychological Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications
