• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport through positive, trusting relationships while always adhering to professional ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address stability, review upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when suitable.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans personalized for each client’s journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation by writing detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the varied and dynamic needs of clients, focusing on solution-oriented approaches.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to create a multidisciplinary approach towards client wellness.
• Commit to a continuous growth mindset by participating in ongoing training and adopting innovative treatment methodologies.

Your role as LPC will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide therapeutic support tailored to unique backgrounds and experiences, making a significant difference in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with computer software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage caseloads and documentation.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote session management.
• Exposure to integrated care models and interprofessional collaboration.
• Background in specialized treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contribution to our organization.
