We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager (Contractor) to lead billing operations and revenue cycle management across multiple clients. What You’ll Do
Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients.
Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports.
Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships.
Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff accordingly.
Interview, onboard, and support contractor development.
Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning.
