• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and determine when discharge may be appropriate, ensuring a person-centered approach at all times.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Perform intake assessments to identify client needs and create appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision to enhance skills and ensure quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.

Your role will focus on helping a variety of clients, including adults, children, and families who may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic practices to facilitate healing, offering support tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances. By providing care in an outpatient office environment, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license, allowing for unrestricted and independent practice.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in an outpatient clinical setting, post-graduation.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for documentation and communication, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on client needs.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
