• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and professionalism.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress and stability, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information and facilitate the development of effective treatment plans.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on personal therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement.

Our client base includes a diverse mix of adults, children, and families who experience various mental health challenges. As an LPC at Conscious Growths Therapy Center, you will work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is critical in establishing therapeutic alliances that empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and foster positive changes in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, with an unrestricted and independent status.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including RMS software, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client information and administrative tasks effectively.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to various populations, including individuals and families, is essential.
• Adeptness in conducting intake assessments that yield valuable insights into clients' needs and treatment pathways.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Background in collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote comprehensive client care.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service compensation model ensures guaranteed rates that provide financial stability without the usual delays associated with client collections.
