This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients address personal, psychological, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans informed by comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize observational techniques and interviews to gather bio-psycho-social information from clients, which will inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Analyze collected information to determine appropriate diagnoses and formulate, implement, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Regularly evaluate and document treatment outcomes, making modifications to treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant medical coding, research, and documentation standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rock Solid Counseling, you will work with a broad range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Our goal is to provide culturally sensitive care, adapting to the diverse needs of the community we serve, which includes individuals from different socio-economic backgrounds. You will play a vital role in supporting clients' emotional resilience and empowerment as they strive towards their therapeutic goals.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding practices, research methodologies, and documentation regulations.
• Proficiency in navigating a fast-paced remote working environment while maintaining high-quality standards in client care.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant digital platforms and software.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively counsel diverse populations and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
