Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Centers - (ARCHITECTURE)

The Position: We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Mission Critical / Data Centers to lead high-profile, technically complex projects. This is a high-impact, pivotal role within our growing Mission Critical practice—offering the opportunity to take ownership of major projects, work alongside top-tier clients, and fast-track into senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical and data center projects from concept through completion
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Oversee project financials, contracts, and resource allocation
  • Drive technical excellence and quality assurance across all phases
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and project teams
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives within the Mission Critical sector
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements


Requirements – Job Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of architecture experience (minimum required)
  • Recent/current Mission Critical / Data Centers project exp.
  • Strong background in project management and team leadership
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects
  • Ability to lead client engagements and drive project delivery
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Recent and/or current Mission Critical / Data Centers project experience (required)
  • Minimum 4+ years focused in Mission Critical/Data Centers (preferred)
  • Min. 8-10+ years of recent/strong project management experience within architecture.
