• Provide compassionate individual, family, and group counseling sessions, helping clients manage personal, psychological, and relational challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to create personalized treatment plans based on each client's psychiatric diagnosis and specific needs.
• Utilize various assessment techniques, including interviews and observation, to gather comprehensive bio-psycho-social information about your clients.
• Analyze collected data to determine appropriate diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes and ensure their mental well-being.

Your role will primarily focus on diverse clients from various backgrounds, each encountering different mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. You will work closely with individuals seeking assistance to navigate personal struggles, using therapeutic techniques that resonate with them. • A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficient knowledge of medical coding and documentation practices.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required.

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations, understanding addiction counseling, or specialized training in trauma-informed care will enhance your candidacy. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies is a plus.
