• Utilize telehealth technologies to conduct assessments, individual counseling sessions, and psychoeducation on perinatal mental health.
• Facilitate and lead consumer support groups, creating tailored activities that cater to the diverse needs of group members.
• Participate actively in clinical meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment plans.
• Coordinate with local agencies and civic organizations to ensure clients have access to essential community resources and support systems.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision, utilizing best practices in mental health care.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation that adheres to the Code of Ethics and relevant compliance standards.
• Provide follow-up support, ensuring clients progress towards their mental health goals through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health regulations and best practices, contributing to team training sessions as needed.

The primary focus of this role involves working with individuals who experience a range of mental health issues, particularly those related to perinatal mental health challenges. You will provide support to expectant and new parents, addressing concerns such as postpartum depression and anxiety. This specialized focus allows for the delivery of targeted interventions, ensuring that clients receive the necessary care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide empathetic support while effectively collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• A track record of no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience working in a telehealth or virtual counseling environment.
• Prior experience serving diverse populations, particularly in the realm of perinatal mental health.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
