• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a broad range of psychological issues.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, grounded in thorough psychiatric diagnosis and assessment.
• Utilize interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to collect detailed bio-psycho-social information on patients, ensuring a holistic understanding of their challenges.
• Employ analytical skills to interpret collected data, making informed decisions about diagnoses and formulating appropriate treatment options or referrals to specialists.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.

Our clients include individuals of all ages who are facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and life transitions. • A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
• Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices pertinent to mental health services.
• Proficiency in working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple cases effectively.

A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. Familiarity with telehealth services and experience using electronic health records (EHR) would be advantageous, as it will enhance your ability to document and track client progress efficiently.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
