• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and interpersonal challenges. You will use evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Develop detailed individual treatment plans based on thorough psychiatric assessments, ensuring to address the unique circumstances and goals of each patient, while regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.
• Utilize interview techniques, case histories, and observational methods to collect bio-psycho-social data, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of each patient's mental health history.
• Analyze assessment data to arrive at accurate diagnoses, develop effective treatment strategies, and determine when referrals to other specialists or social services are appropriate.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular reviews and client feedback, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches to optimize patient progress.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, requiring a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in addressing their unique challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, offering support and guidance tailored to their needs.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is necessary to meet professional standards.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient understanding of medical coding and documentation practices.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work setting.

A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role is essential. Experience working in community health or public sector mental health settings will be a strong asset. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic record-keeping systems is preferred, as this will streamline service delivery for our clients.
