The role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace while maintaining the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. Our outpatient office model means you will primarily work with young clients via virtual consultations, ensuring access to support wherever they are located. You will have access to our electronic medical record system and additional telehealth technologies, enabling efficient documentation and communication of client progress.

• Utilize electronic medical records to monitor, document, and communicate patient progress towards therapeutic goals and the progression of personalized treatment plans.
• Attend and actively participate in scheduled team meetings, contributing insights that enhance our collaborative efforts and therapy effectiveness.
• Adhere to ethics codes and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements governing mental health practices.
• Follow all established policies, procedures, and protocols of Inward Healing to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain a structured work schedule as guided by direct supervision, providing timely and comprehensive care to each client.
• Execute all directives from supervisors diligently, fostering a sense of accountability and professionalism in the treatment process.

This role primarily focuses on young individuals facing diverse mental health challenges. As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, you will facilitate therapeutic conversations aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Understanding the unique experiences of our youth, you will employ evidence-based interventions to support their emotional and psychological development during a critical phase of their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid and active license such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high caseload environment, ensuring that all clients receive the support they need.

• Experience working in a telehealth or outpatient environment, particularly with adolescent or young adult populations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients in a remote setting, employing various digital platforms and communication strategies.
• A strong track record of motivating clients, fostering an atmosphere of enthusiasm and hope during therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload management.
