• Engage actively in required meetings, contributing insights and feedback to enhance team cohesiveness.
• Adhere to established ethical codes and best practices in mental health counseling to ensure compliance and integrity in service delivery.
• Follow the organization's policies and procedures meticulously to maintain consistency in therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain a reliable and predictable work schedule as established by your direct supervisor, ensuring availability for client appointments.
• Consistently follow through on directives and instructions to support team objectives and client needs.
• Maintain a valid Oregon Driver’s License to comply with organizational requirements.
• Ensure current CPR and First Aid certifications are up to date to responsibly handle any emergencies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management to manage a high caseload efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and meet licensing renewal requirements.
• Provide clients with information and assistance to address their identified financial or social needs, connecting them with appropriate community resources.
• Utilize an electronic medical record system for accurate documentation, tracking patient progress, and communicating effectively with the therapeutic team.

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse youth population, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clients often come from various backgrounds with unique experiences, and you will employ your clinical expertise to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

• A master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An active, independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). This is vital for providing unsupervised clinical services.
• A deep understanding of youth mental health issues and demonstrated ability to work with a high caseload.
• Experience in utilizing electronic medical record systems for documentation and client management.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting, with an emphasis on youth counseling.
• Proven track record of effective client engagement techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong case management skills, particularly in coordinating care and services for clients.
