You will be equipped with the necessary tools, including a robust electronic medical record system, to document client progress, monitor treatment plans, and communicate effectively with your colleagues. • Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid to ensure client safety.
• Utilize an electronic medical record system to track and document patient progress, developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Provide supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Proactively address social and financial needs of clients, connecting them with appropriate resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance your skills and meet licensing requirements.
• Participate actively and positively in team meetings, contributing to collaborative treatment planning.
• Adhere to established protocols, ethics codes, and internal policies to maintain a high standard of care.
• Manage a full caseload effectively, triaging tasks according to urgency while ensuring quality service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on young individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, providing therapeutic support to help them develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health. Building trusting relationships and creating a safe space for open dialogue will be fundamental to your role as you coach and empower clients towards healthier lifestyles.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An active independent license in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain a full caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration with clients and team members.

• Experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting, particularly in outpatient environments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation processes for mental health services.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young clients toward positive change while managing a dynamic caseload.
