As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.
• Employing solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each individual's needs, facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.
• Collaboratively developing and implementing customized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health issues, ensuring each client receives the support they require.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships through engaging therapeutic conversations.
• Monitoring client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and empowering clients to adopt healthy coping mechanisms for sustainable well-being.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Success in this role requires adeptness in working with varied demographics and the ability to develop rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

We are looking for professionals who have:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that you must be able to practice independently without supervision, and no disciplinary actions should be on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrated through a sympathetic nature, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate various digital platforms for client management.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following skills and experiences will be prioritized:

• Previous experience in remote counseling or telehealth services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, which can enhance efficiency in managing client information and treatment documentation.
• A proven track record of developing treatment plans and successful client outcomes.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on the number of hours worked and your experience. Additionally, eligible full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to necessary medical resources.
