The work setting is designed for outpatient care, allowing you to conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients comfortably. Administrative tasks, such as billing and record keeping, are streamlined through user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) systems, enabling you to dedicate your time and energy to client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct structured and focused CBT therapy sessions with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and supportive virtual environment.
• Utilize an easy-to-navigate electronic medical record (EMR) system to document client progress, manage treatment plans, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and collaborative discussions to enhance clinical skills and share effective strategies.
• Maintain a balanced weekday schedule without the expectations of additional hours, promoting your well-being and work-life harmony.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • Current independent licensure in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• A clinical degree, either a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field, is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your competency in managing a range of mental health issues.
• A strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an openness to working with diverse populations are essential.
