• Conduct thorough initial assessments and clinical evaluations for new clients, formulating personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Engage in the ongoing evaluation of client progress, revising treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing client circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and support.
