Work Environment

This position will operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule based on client needs. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes case managers, medical personnel, and other therapists, all dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Regular team meetings and case consultations will facilitate open communication and support among colleagues. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans for individual clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy services while utilizing telehealth platforms as needed.
  • Document session details, including treatment plans and case notes, following best practices and company policy for ongoing assessments and client progress.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating compassion and understanding while helping clients navigate their therapeutic journey.
  • Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to enhance client engagement and help them achieve and exceed their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure smooth transitions in treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will address a range of mental health concerns, from behavioral issues to familial conflict and substance use disorders. Your expertise in family therapy services and familiarity with community resources will significantly impact the lives of those you serve.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
