• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses the physical and mental health of clients.
• Stay current on the latest research in psychological practices, attending workshops and continuing education to enhance your skill set and deliver progressive care.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to discuss complex cases and develop innovative strategies for client support.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
