This role is entirely remote, which allows you to conduct therapy sessions from a location that suits you best. You will leverage technology to engage clients through video conferencing and secure messaging via our Simple Practice platform. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and strengths.
• Create individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of your clients.
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients using video conferencing, ensuring a supportive and professional environment.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to continuously improve clinical skills.
• Participate in team meetings and support groups aimed at fostering counselor connection and mental wellness.
• Facilitate workshops or informational sessions that promote mental health awareness within the community.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including teens, adults, and couples navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.
• Expertise in treatment planning and effective counseling techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual interactions.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is highly desirable.
• Experience working with couples and diverse populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with mental health documentation systems such as Simple Practice helps streamline clinical workflow.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
