Your role will encompass a variety of essential functions aimed at supporting clients’ mental well-being. You will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate therapy sessions through video chat, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, ensuring approaches are tailored to individual needs.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional responses and relationships, enabling personal growth and self-discovery.
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and integrating new strategies to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, among others. The objective is to provide support in a manner that fosters resilience and enhances clients’ quality of life.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to practice independently, without supervision, with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a caring and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Strong proficiency with technology and telehealth systems.

While not required, the following experiences may enhance your eligibility for this role:

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and in virtual therapy settings.
• Familiarity with mental health assessments and treatment plans for varying mental health issues.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral networks that can assist clients in enhancing their well-being.
