About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, autonomous Intake Coordinator to join our Documentation Department. In this role, you’ll handle client onboarding, navigate complex insurance requirements, and ensure accurate documentation from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Onboard new clients by accurately entering patient data into our patient database.
  • Request, track, and process prior authorizations with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care plans.
  • Review ICD10 and HCPCS coding to ensure documentation meets insurance compliance standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and internal team members to keep client records moving smoothly.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required:
  • 1+ years of healthcare intake or administrative experience.
  • Insurance & Auth Expertise: Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Medicaid programs, including prior authorization workflows.
  • Coding & Terminology: Familiarity with standard medical terminology, ICD10 codes, and HCPCS codes.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with Brightree/MyForm and proficient in Excel.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organization, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves / Pluses:
  • Experience with Brightree and/or MyForm.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology specific to incontinence, urological, or diabetic supplies.
