As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Eagles' Mediation Mental Clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, encouraging open dialogue and trust.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote personal growth and emotional well-being, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.
• Establish cooperative therapeutic goals with clients, and monitor their progress towards recovery, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy solutions to accommodate clients requiring virtual support or those facing mobility challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in all client interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Your caseload may include a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on respect, trust, and empathy.

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental approach, essential for a supportive therapy environment.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle caseload responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently.

While not mandatory, experience in addressing issues related to addiction, family dynamics, and trauma recovery is a plus. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms can enhance your ability to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
