As an LMFT, you will leverage teletherapy tools to conduct sessions, providing care to clients wherever they may be.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using interactive techniques that foster growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize their recovery journey.
• Provide teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure platforms to ensure client confidentiality and a safe virtual therapeutic environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation to adhere to ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, enhancing your clinical skills and staying updated on mental health trends.

Our clinic works with a rich tapestry of clients, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. As an LMFT, you will address not just mental health conditions but also support clients through times of transition and help them establish meaningful connections in their lives. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental stance towards the experiences and complexities of clients’ lives.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining administrative responsibilities.

While prior experience is preferred, we welcome other applicants who are eager to contribute positively to a team committed to mental health advocacy. Experience with teletherapy and an understanding of trauma-informed care approaches will be considered an asset.
